I forgot my password—what do I do?

1. Go to the website and click on "Login".
   
2. Click on "Forgot your password?" at the bottom of the login screen. This feature is available on both our websites and mobile apps.
3. Enter your e-mail address and check the box to confirm that you are not a robot:
   
   
   
   
4. Click "Continue".
5. Afterward, you will get an e-mail with the subject "New Password for Lecturio". Open it and click on the link included there.
6. Create a new password.
7. If you have any problems or questions, please contact [e-mail].

Attention Gmail users: Please make sure that you enter the right domain: @gmail.com or @googlemail.com.
