If you cancel your membership within the initial 7-day free trial period, your membership is automatically scheduled to end before your first charge would take place. In order to do so:
Click on your profile in the top right of our website
Go to your "Plans & Billing"

Click on "Manage subscription"
Click on "Cancel subscription"
Please share with us the reason for the cancellation and finally click on “Confirm Cancellation”.
You will now receive an automatic e-mail confirming the deactivation of your membership. Please make sure that you received this e-mail; otherwise, the membership was not deactivated.
When you go back to the “Plans & Billing” area, you will see that the subscription is now marked as “Canceled” and you will see when your access will expire.
If you would like to undo this cancellation and continue with the paid membership after the free trial, click on "Manage subscription" and "Remove scheduled cancellation" or on "Reactivate membership":
Memberships purchased via App-Purchase:
If you purchased our Nursing Membership from within our Nursing app, you paid directly via iTunes or Google Play. You'll have to deactivate the renewals directly from within iTunes/the Play Store.
