We're sorry to see you leave, but if you need to cancel the renewal and end your membership by the end of the current cycle, we're here to assist you through the process:
- Log in to your account and click on your profile located in the top right of our website
- Select "Plans & Billing"
- Click on "Manage subscription"
- Then, choose "Cancel subscription"
- Provide the reason for cancellation when prompted, and click on "Confirm Cancellation"
You will receive an automatic email confirming the cancellation of your membership. Please ensure that you receive this email as a confirmation that the cancellation has been successful.
Upon returning to the “Plans & Billing” section, you will notice that the subscription is now marked as “Canceled,” and you will be able to view the expiration date of your access. If you would like to undo this cancelation, click on "Manage subscription" again and "Remove scheduled cancellation" or on "Reactivate membership".
Please take note of our Refund/Cancellation policy, we don't offer refunds for any reneweals.
Premium Membership Purchased via App Store:
If you purchased our Nursing Membership through our Nursing app, you made the payment directly via Apple Store or Google Play. To deactivate renewals, you must do so directly through the Apple Store / the Google Play Store. For further guidance on managing your subscription through the Apple Store, click here.
